 Privacy Policy Scope

This Privacy Policy outlines the privacy practices employed by Label Maker when customers of Label Maker ("Customers") utilize our Cloud-Based Enterprise Applications (referred to as the "Service"). Please note that this Privacy Policy exclusively pertains to information concerning the use of the Service and does not encompass any data or information collected by Label Maker for purposes unrelated to the Service, such as data gathered for marketing initiatives.


Personal Information

In the regular course of using the Label Maker Service, Customers will input electronic data into Label Maker's systems ("Customer Data"). The use of information collected through our service is restricted to the sole purpose of delivering the service for which the Customer has engaged Label Maker. Label Maker may access Customer Data for the following purposes: delivering the Service, preventing or addressing service or technical issues, responding to support inquiries, complying with Customer's instructions, or as necessitated by law, in accordance with the relevant agreement between the Customer and Label Maker. Label Maker processes Customer Data under the guidance of its Customers and does not exercise direct control or ownership over the personal data it handles. Customers bear the responsibility for adhering to any regulations or laws mandating notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent before transferring data to Label Maker for processing. Individuals seeking access to, correction, amendment, or deletion of inaccurate data should direct their inquiries to the Label Maker Customer. If a Customer requests Label Maker to delete personal data to comply with data protection regulations, Label Maker will respond within 30 business days. Label Maker will refer any request for the disclosure of personal data by a law enforcement authority to the Customer. Label Maker may, in situations where legal obligation exists, disclose personal data to law enforcement or other government authorities. Label Maker will notify the Customer of such requests unless prohibited by law.


Access to the Service

Customers and their authorized users can access the Service either directly through a mobile application or via the web, to their dedicated tenant, or may choose to utilize internal launch pages for single sign-on or other purposes. As Customers use the Service, they input information for processing and storage. Customers also have the option to configure the Service to enable end users to input information directly into the Service.


Data Retention

Label Maker retains Customer Data in accordance with the timeframes stipulated in the relevant agreement with its Customers.


Security

Ensuring the security of Customer Data, including personal data, is of paramount importance to Label Maker. Label Maker maintains a comprehensive, documented information security program that encompasses industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to Customer Data. Label Maker's applications are designed to allow Customers to establish customized configurations, enforce user access controls, and manage data categories that may be populated and/or made accessible on a device-by-device basis. The appropriate configuration of these settings is the responsibility of the Customer. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any alterations to the Privacy Policy will be published on this website, and links to the Privacy Policy will indicate that the policy has been altered or updated. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy for any revisions. For new Customers, changes or updates become effective upon posting. For existing Customers, changes or updates become effective 30 days after posting.
